A cut above standard skeleton caulking guns
A staple tool in the trade professional's van and DIYer's garage, the skeleton caulking gun is a classic, economical design for applying cartridge-based sealants, caulk and fillers. With VOC (solvent) regulations continuing to tighten, today's sealants are often more viscous than previously, increasing the demands on both the gun to push them through the cartridge and the effort required by the user. This trade quality, extra strength model features reinforcements to key areas for heavier duty performance compared to standard skeleton guns, notably a thicker grade of steel to the skeleton and a more robust trigger.
Featuring ergonomic finger moulding for comfort, the powerful trigger drives the plunger to efficiently and evenly push the sealant through the cartridge for maximum efficiency and smooth application, giving reduced user fatigue. A release clip stops the flow when required and gives a clean break in the sealant bead, ensuring no long, messy strings. The reverse end of the steel plunger features a U-shape that's ideal for hooking onto a belt or ladder when working at any kind of height. Powder coated for durability and resistance to rust, the gun is suitable for standard 310ml DIY and 400ml trade cartridges as well as intermediate sizes.

Rosewood filling knives
A flexible stainless steel blade with full tang that extends all the way through the handle and prevents it snapping at the join of handle and blade, giving it a much longer lifetime than half tang and DIY scrapers. Mounted onto a premium quality varnished handle made from durable rosewood. Available in 1", 2", 3" and 4" sizes.
Duragrip filling knives
A flexible stainless steel blade with full tang mounted onto ProDec's premium quality Duragrip soft grip handle that is ergonomically shaped for reduced hand fatigue. It also has a solid steel hammer end which is useful for quickly and efficiently hammering nails, tacks, wall plugs, etc. Available in 1.25", 2", 3" and 4" sizes.
Filling blades
A deep, thin and flexible steel blade mounted onto a short, full width plastic handle which gives close control with general purpose and fine surface fillers on walls, ceilings and woodwork. Available in a pack of 4 mixed sizes containing 2", 3", 4" and 5" widths.
Caulkers
With a flexible plastic blade that has a wider profile than standard filling knives, caulkers enable you to fill gaps of many shapes and sizes quickly and efficiently. They are particularly useful where long joins require sealing, such as marrying plasterboards together. Available in 8", 10" and 12" sizes.
Taping knives
A high carbon steel blade, heat treated for strength. It has a laser-straight edge that makes it ideal for smoothing plasterboard jointing tape down to give the lowest possible profile for a seamless appearance when plastered, as well as filling seams and holes for an ultra-smooth, professional finish. Available in 6", 8", 10" and 12" sizes.
Skeleton caulking guns
